My therapy journey, recovering from Borderline Personality Disorder and Generalized Anxiety Disorder. I write for welldoing.org , for Planet Mindful magazine, and for Muse Magazine Australia, under the name Clara Bridges. Listed in Top Ten Resources for BPD in 2016 by goodtherapy.org.
I love this. I identify with it, and with so much of what you write, to a degree that’s almost scary! I also suffer from BPD (diagnosed in the beginning of this year) and finding your blog was one of the best things that has happened since. Thank you SO much for maintaining this blog and sharing things that many people would not be brave enough to say. I know it helps you a great deal, and also hope you know that you have helped so many others as well. Also, you partially inspired me to write my own poetry about a person I have a really strong attachment to as well. 🙂
Thank you that is amazing feedback, and means a lot 🙂 glad to hear you’re writing poetry – it was an early coping mechanism for me (not that I realised it at the time) and it’s been a joy to start writing poems again over the last few years…enjoy!
